As they both are a masterpiece and they both works in different weather, I’ll suggest using these fragrances on basis of the weather.

In summer and spring, you can choose Cool water as your signature scent. And for winter and fall time, you can go for Drakkar Noir.

On one hand, the fresh-aquatic Cool Water can’t compete with these tons of notes in Drakkar Noir. But you can’t simply deny the Cool water as well.

Both of these fragrances have some pros and cons.

If I had to choose between these two, I would pick Drakkar Noir over Cool Water. Drakkar Noir is one of the most unique fragrances I’ve ever sniffed. Moreover, the transition of notes is very soothing here.
