On one hand, the fresh-aquatic Cool Water can’t compete with these tons of notes in Drakkar Noir. But you can’t simply deny the Cool water as well.
Both of these fragrances have some pros and cons.
If I had to choose between these two, I would pick Drakkar Noir over Cool Water. Drakkar Noir is one of the most unique fragrances I’ve ever sniffed. Moreover, the transition of notes is very soothing here.
