Tagete by Profumum Roma is a floral perfume that I found out accidentally. I was supposed to visit my friend, but our plan was canceled at the last moment. I was halfway to the restaurant, and I stopped at a fragrance store as I was thinking of going back home.

At the shop, I was testing perfumes randomly and found this simple yet impactful smell-alike of Nasomatto Narcotic Venus, which was launched in 2014.

It has a blend of rich, creamy tuberose with the spicy aroma of tagetes that later merges with the alluring greener tone of jasmine. As time flows, the floral aura turns more clean as vetiver is present in this replication mixture.

After you experience all those smells, the woody-earthy hunch of moss will give you that natural, grounded feeling.

When the dry-down hit me, I was impressed. Because you don’t come across such scents every day. Moreover, Tagete lasted more than 12 hours and had a remarkable sillage. But, keep in mind, it’s expensive.
