I bought Narciso Poudree as soon as I saw the bottle in a perfumery shop. It is so pleasant to see the nude bottle surrounded by thick glass. This is my favourite powdery scent of all time.
In the beginning, you will immediately feel that it is a powdery scent. Rose gives a body and weight to this scent and the white florals are adding a crispiness so it is not a full on powder bomb. The scent is really well balanced.
The musk note in Narciso Rodriguez is very famous as it is different from the musk used in other perfumes. It is soft and delicate.
However, you will receive a longevity of 8 to 10 hours minimum. You will only imagine a classy lady would wear this to let people know that she is the boss.

Narciso Rodriguez is generally obsessed with musk and they know how to make a perfume great with it. So in this one they have decided to go all in and make musk its one and only top note.
It only has 3 notes in total. Therefore, it is quite simple. It is an airy and inoffensive scent. It is a nude perfume if you ask me. Cashmeran brings an earthy feeling to the scent, almost like the smell of soil.
When you are wearing Pure Musc For Her, people won’t be able to tell if you are wearing any perfume or not. Because it smells naturally good.
Moreover, this scent will serve you with a longevity of 6 to 7 hours which is moderate.

Narciso Rodriguez For Her EDP is a flanker of Narciso Rodriguez For Her. Most of the time we see, the EDP version of the perfume is more intense and long lasting. However, that is not the case here.
Don’t get me wrong because it doesn’t mean that it lasts less than the original one. Their longevity is the same. The difference between the two is elsewhere.
Of course, their DNA is similar like Narciso Rodriguez For Her EDP opens quite powdery as well. The new elements they add here are rose, peach and patchouli.
Peach joins a fruity kick to the perfume. Instead of being a powdery floral scent, this one is a fruity-floral one.
It is kind of surprising to see that it is more light and delicate than the EDT concentration. Therefore, it is not about its intensity.

Let’s talk about Narciso itself. It is a pillar perfume of a range. Many of its flankers have been released after this. And I have already mentioned Narciso Poudree on this list.
It has a little bit of greenness from the gardenia and vetiver. Their signature musk is always there. When you are wearing it, you will feel like you are walking in a garden wearing a musky scent.
This perfume has a soft, musky feminine tone. It is also powdery but they have not over done it. A slight sharpness is given to it which makes it edgy. The dry down is just gorgeous.

In the dry down it is quite musky as well but the greenness makes the perfume sharp and fresh. This mixture can last for 10 to 12 hours.

I have another flanker of Narciso and this is Narciso Rouge. To be honest, I bought all the perfume from the Narciso line just because of the bottles. They are so pretty to look at, what can I say?
When you spray Narciso Rouge on you, it immediately fills up the room with its strong and bold rosy opening.
There are some other fresh florals as well such as iris, tuberose and orange blossom. They shine bright in the scent.
However, rose is the star of the show. No one can take their attention away from it. Of course there is musk but it is lighter here than in the other perfumes.
Iris Poudre by Frederic Malle is a similar perfume compared to Narciso Rouge.
