Christian Dior is one of the most renowned luxury brands. They started their fashion house in 1947. Though Dior passed away in 1957, they have kept their legacy till now.

Dior released their first fragrance in 1947. Their men’s colognes are really unique, and some of them are top sellers. I must mention the Sauvage lineup, and I’m sure you’re already familiar with the infamous Dior Sauvage.

So, here are the best smelling Dior colognes for men:

Dior Sauvage EDT: Most Popular Dior

Dior Sauvage

Top notes: Bergamot, Pepper.
Middle notes: Sichuan Pepper, Lavender, Pink Pepper, Vetiver, Patchouli, Geranium, Elemi.
Base notes: Ambroxan, Cedar, Labdanum.

You must have heard or sniffed Sauvage before as it’s so famous and widely admired. Basically, Sauvage is one of the top-selling fragrances of all time.

Anyway, Sauvage EDT is an aromatic Fougere fragrance. It was released in 2015. The nose behind this fragrance is Francois Demachy.

Well, This fragrance starts with edgy squeezed bergamot mixed with some cracked rich pepper. The opening is citrusy and spicy.

After some time, the spice level goes up, and other sweet notes such as lavender, geranium, and elemi mix with it.

In the end, Sauvage’s signature ambroxan note makes the whole scent synthetic and sexy. Cedar and labdanum balance the sweetness here too.

The longevity was just beast mode. I got around 10-12 hrs with heavy to moderate projection on my skin. I still got the scent next day from my shirt. So you can guess how this cologne performs.

This fragrance itself is a pure gem. I really don’t know how I can explain this masterpiece but I’ll try.

Fahrenheit is a woody floral musk fragrance. It was released in 1988. And the noses behind this fragrance are Jean Louis Sieuzac and Michel Almairac. The bottle design of Fahrenheit is unique. The red and black shade makes the bottle more fancy.

Well, The opening of this fragrance is sweet and fresh. You’ll get a citrusy vibe because of lemon and bergamot. And other floral notes will make the opening fruity and floral.

After some time, this fragrance totally behaves like a floral scent. You’ll get some woody vibe in the drydown as well.

In the end, leather dominates the whole base—leather mixed with vetiver and musk smells really sexy. Tonka bean makes the whole base creamier, and amber adds some more depth to it.

Top notes: Lavender, Mint, Bergamot.
Middle notes: Sour Cherry, Jasmine, Freesia.
Base notes: Tonka Bean, Vanilla, Cacao Pod, Caramel, Praline, Benzoin, Milk, Sandalwood, Leather, Cedar.

First of all, I’m not convinced that it’s a fragrance. It’s more appropriate as a dessert. At first, I was like; I shouldn’t wear this; I should eat this. It’s really delicious.

Anyway, Feve Delicieuse is an amber vanilla fragrance. It was released in 2015. The nose behind this fragrance is Francois Demachy. The bottle looks premium and classy and the cap is so awesome.

Well, this fragrance starts with a sweet lavender note and soon mixes with bergamot and mint.

After some time, jasmine and freesia start to project and then later mix with cherry to create a divine scent.

Most importantly, the drydown is just heavenly. The base is like a 5-star dessert. Vanilla, cacao pod, caramel, praline, milk make the whole base so delicious. Mixed with sandalwood, tonka bean, leather, and cedar feels like a royal bouquet of alluring notes.

It was obvious to make this scent no.1, but the price range is a bit high, and it’s not an everyday use scent like Sauvage.
